Thats pretty cool, especially when you get those moments on there. Was installing the CF base hard? And does it feel like a ton better than a plastic?

the base wasn’t hard, just time consuming, ya the moments are gonna be so nice, also the carbon fiber is way nicer, really nice for sideways ww and crankflips, dont notice a huge difference in unispins though…
Okay thanks…Well I am thinking of getting a CF base but not sure if I should, I am starting to sideways ww and I can see how that would be nice…Im not sure?

I took advantage of UDC 12 day’s of Christmas to buy the $10 Nimbus frame in yellow :). I really like the way it looks (almost a perfect match to the hub). It feels a bit lighter than the original frame and I won’t be hitting my inner thighs with the frame anymore;). It’s a pretty tight fit…but I got it to work. It hasn’t been tested yet, but it looks promising.
So anyway..here’s my Uni:
Stock Qu-ax trials + Nimbus Gel Seat, Nimbus Rounded Crown, and Odyssey Trail Mix Pedals.
Thats one sweet trials machine you got there.

i wish is was the “flat” crown style that was on sale b/c i would have gotten it, and i like 1 ft trick too much to go w/ the round crown:p
you should get a black primo viking seatpost clamp for that, IMO it would look really nice…
Here’s a pic of my custom Qu-Ax.
-I got my 10spline yellow hub Powdercoated Black
-Added Black spokes
-Replaced the yellow bumper/handle with black ones
-Replaced the BX38 rim with a DB45 rim
-I alternate between a few different tires: 24x2.3 Kiniption, 24x3 Fireball, 24x3 Duro Wildlife.

I suggest you try out the Maxxis Hookworm 24x2.5, I bet you would really like it. When I used to ride street on my muni that is the tire I rode. It’s also what Justin Kohse ran on his 24" street uni in Defect.
