Then he told me that his wife had been so impressed with Baxter’s personality and friendliness, she bought a Golden Retriever puppy for herself.

Golden Retrievers are great dogs. Most are friendly and great with people.

We had a Golden Retriever when I was younger. Bestest dog we had. Super friendly but not hyper. But Golden Retrievers need to run a lot especially when they’re young. They need more than just a casual walk around the block.

That’s very sad that it may have been deliberate, but I’m glad she’s back.

Funny thing happened yesterday with my dog Gala, who runs miles along side me on leash as I unicycle (Rec.Sport thread about this).

I was unicycling away without her for a short errand, and she almost jumped the fence to go with me!!

It’s hard to explain to her that sometimes I have to unicycle without her…
