I have just peeked into four threads in rec.sport.unicycling. Your post has been repeated in four out of four of them. I’m afraid to look at the rest. Spamming makes what okay? Be prepared to be banned.

I actually exchanged communications with Gild last night.
Someone really got under his skin and he acted out. He has been around for a long time so try to forgive and forget.

I agree. That’s just totally ridiculous !! GILD has been on the forums forever and has a wealth of knowledge.
To be honest I totally understand why GILD got so upset and if FTL’s comment were directed at me I would have become equally upset. Sitting on the otherside of the ocean carrying on about how all white people in South Africa are perpetrators of Apartheid is insulting to the highest degree.
I don’t believe GILD should be banned. In fact FTL should be banned for fanning the flames with his rhetoric.
I second that, I’ve been to South Africa twice and I can assure you that the vast majority of the population is appalled by apartheid.
Calling a german a nazi, or throwing stereotypes about jewish or black people, is equally racist as calling all white people in SA Apartheid activists.
No one has to put up with that.
Exactly my thoughts. I’ve been thinking about the situation since this morning, and I must say that I have been getting more and more upset and in fact insulted by the moderators of this forum. The fact that GILD gets banned for taking issue with being labeled a racist, while the bigot FTL walks/surfs the forum “a free man” is insulting.
The moderators have effectively made their bigoted views public.
