cranky cat.

some delicious treats for your eyes.

You’re lucky it’s de-clawed.

Assuming it is.

nope, its still clawed. why would i de-claw her, that is horrid.
Notice the second last photo, she is using her claws to hold on to the roof tiles.

I dunno, it’s pretty standard here for house-cats.

Is she looking for ceiling cat?

i remember when i first saw that picture, i loled all of the computer room.

De-clawing: if cats where de-claws then they wouldn’t be able to do all the fun things makes having a cat worth while. Like running up the curtains and looking at you with a really worried expression or getting them stuck in the carpet and falling over.

I think the funnest thing to do with a cat is make them chase the laser pointer around the room.

or just follow them around. that makes me laugh.

Im not ever having a cat declawed. I was looking it up, and it seems horrible. Really its only an American thing. In other countries its very inhumane or illegal.

I like your cat though. I have 3 kittens running around my room right now. Well, they ahve been under my bed since birth, and now have found my unicycle and sleep behind those.

That’s one shiny floor.

de-clawing cats is cruel, how are they supposed to climb?if you dont want to be chasing your pets up a curtain, get a rabbit:p nice pictures though, but i think hes upside down, and side ways, he might get a bit dissy there.

EDIT: wow thats confusing, theyre dated 11 may 2.07pm, its only half ten here ,oh this is strange, i hate time zones, they confuse me.

It looks like the cat gets more frustrated with each picture. That last one made me laugh.

She is all sleepy now after a hard day of being photographed.

our floor boards are somewhat polished…

as for de-clawing. dont do it! you would be upset if someone removed your fingernails. you would not be able to pick things.

Nice pictures of dog food.

oh your nice! thats a cool cat, not dog food.

Its not just the fingernail, but a whole bone they have to remove. I heard the surgery is painful, and the recovery is too, specially cause the cats still have to walk, run, jump and everything else they do.

I guess a lot of times, part of their paws can get ripped off, and during the surgery, the legs can be permanently paralyzed.

My cat always used to claw at our furnature and rip the couch all up. When we got new furnature we also get the cat de-clawed. I don’t think its very cruel at all.

A funny thing to do with cats is put tape on their feet. It’s really mean and you probably shouldn’t do it. But it is kinda entertaining to watch them walk funny and shake their legs really fast.

That’s an amazing pussy, Tom! I love it! I never knew you had one!

As for de-clawing, it sounds just plain terrible to me. If you’re so worried about your prescious furniture, why do you get a cat in the first place? It’s an animal and it will do what it has to do. If I came to your house and you told me you de-clawed your cat to save your furniture, I’d probably climb your cupboard and piss all over your sofa from it. Then set it on fire when it’s dry. Probably not, but I’d feel like doing it, I’m sure.

It’s one thing to make an animal your pet, but quite another to make risky, dangerous and painful operations on it to protect your silly bourgeous property.

Grr…

Yeah, seriously.

For a cat, clawing releases a slight odor and thats how they mark what is theirs in a way.

Have a spray bottle and spray the cat with water when its doing something you dont want it to, and it will learn quickly.
Also, a scratch pad costs $3. And they are usually scented with cat nip. Buy one of those and thats all the cat will scratch.

I dont know, to me, besides the whole cruelty part about it, I dont like declawing because most people do it for an easy why out, a lazy way around taking responsibility for their animal.
