Can you tell anything from this picture?

if you had posted pictures someone would have immediately been able to tell you that it was indeed splined if the angle in the pic was right–most of us are very familiar with the difference.

It’s a bit shiny and hard to see, but that axle does not look like it’s square taper.

yes, you can clearly see from the notches in the axle inboard of the crank that that is an ISIS splined hub/crank interface
