Supposedly in S.Africa you could get blades and such installed in your car to prevent kidnappings/car jackings. I have seen video of the flame system demonstrated in Mexico City which apparently has a booming kidnapping business, and thus a booming armored car business as well. When the bad guy gets close to the car, you hit a button and flames shoot from under the doors and over the hood/trunk as well. If the baddy isn’t severely burned, he’ll prolly head elsewhere.
