A 20" Semcycle deluxe. If I needed a 20" I would snatch this up in a
hurry. I like the Semcycle deluxe frames.
This can be a decent trials uni too, from what I’ve read.

A 24" Semcycle XL. I have a 26" XL and it has been great. A 26" wheel
will fit into this frame without a problem.
Munis are made from these frames. I think they’ll fit a 2.6" wide
tire. Mine is a street uni and is very smooth.

This Ebay ad has always bothered me. The seller mentions “rare”, “hard to find”, “best I’ve seen” for this unicycle. I disagree with him on all accounts and think the advertizing is intentionally misleading, of course I suppose “best I’ve seen” should be considered his personal opinion. He is receiving bids from time to time however so can’t be faulted for that.
