Is it possible to convert a square hub to an ISIS mount.

Do you mean:

  1. Is it possible to use a square hub into an ISIS frame? => Yes, with correct shims.
  2. Is it possible to use ISIS cranks on a square hub? => As far as I know, no.

I mean the recording of the cranks that you convert them and the Hub a Adapter from square Hub to ISIS.

No, that doesn’t exist. And there is not enough of a difference in diameter between the two for an adapter to work (unless you are willing to move the cranks very far outwards.).
