Nope, you’re right that it’s sorta like a wheel chair, but I would only recommend riding it if you’re not an invalid. And also no, it couldn’t move across water because it has no paddles. HINT: No motor, no place to put your feet down, not at all body powered. Think terrain type.
sand wheelchair?
Nope. It rides on concrete or hard surfaces. The hint is talking about another type of terrain, not what the ground is made of, but where it goes and how it goes there. Also, how could it be a sand wheelchair when it is not motor or body powered? It’s terrain powered.
