if it was the guy on americas got talent, and the person who uploaded it name was Greg Kennedy, greg kennedy was on Americas got talent, i googled it
That was David Smith. Greg Kennedy is, I believe, also a member of the Philadelphia juggling club, but he and Smith are two separate and distinct individuals.
And that’s a very cool routine.

I first thought he was juggling joints(cones) and smoking them like a variation on eating tha apple but hes not
The best!
It’s much easieer if you have one of those cones, because each bounce brings the balls UP just a bit, and you must use high bounce latex balls–$35.00/each.
