When referencing a URL, please make sure it is complete. The above URL
fragment is missing the protocol prefix http://. The complete URL is:
http://www31.brinkster.com/on1wheel
Not all e-mail/news/web clients will recognize an incomplete URL.
Please use complete URLs when using rsu.
