This is crazy! Even though the snake has been de-fanged and de-venomed. The parents should be locked up anyway! http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=d3b_1178524471
At least it isn’t hurting the baby, apparently. I can’t see other benefit from it, though. That end part was scary, though, with the cobra wrapping around the kid’s neck.
I don’t think the parents should be locked up. It looks like it’s all taking place in some Asian country. They have a completely different culture there, you know.
Does anyone know the purpose of the exercise? My guess is that they’re training him to have no fear of snakes and developing his reactions. It’s interesting to see how the baby gradually gets angrier and angrier through the video. And I kind of feel bad for the snake.
I don’t really know whether to be annoyed with it or not. Clearly he was well supervised and it wasn’t hurting him, but do kids at that age have a soft spot in their head still? If so I would be annoyed because the thing is basically slapping the top of his head.
Apart from that I bet there is a reason they are doing it and aslong as they keep the baby safe, then I don’t really mind that much.
They oughta put some pants on the kid if it’s going to be out in public.
Thank goodness that cobra didn’t get replaced by my pet scorpion.
The baby learned the lesson that cobras are perfectly safe.
Its a good thing that the cobra isn’t generally known to use contstiction as a way to kill its prey, or that baby would have been screwed.
Haha, that baby was funny.
I think it’s the parents that have the soft spot in their head.
This is what you get when people can’t tell the difference between corporal punishment and cobral punishment. “Spare the serpent, spoil the child.”
Haha that kid rocks!
