If you think coasting sounds kool, you have to see with your own eyes:

You’ll have to go to the next UNICON and watch the Coasting Contest. Dozens of
riders, one by one, start two foot riding, then one foot riding, and just before
the coasting line, they go into ZERO foot riding. Then they coast for as long as
they can. About a dozen of them probably coasted 10 meters or more. Almost all
of them coast with both feet on the frame, and a couple others do it with one
foot on the frame.

Coasting competitors must be coasting when the wheel crosses the coasting
line. Each competitor gets two attempts and only the longer of these two
coasts counts.

If you can’t wait two years for the next UNICON, maybe someone on the list has
video of one of the past four UNICONs, including the Coasting Coast. Many of the
top artistic competitors do some coasting with both feet on the frame in their
aritistic routine as well.

Stay on Top,
