Is this while you are wearing glasses roger? If so might that be the
problem, if it still happens even with contacts then no idea, did you take
the large dangly ear ring off your left ear and leave it on the right?

Glad to hear you have been cross training, I’m still just ploughing on
doing miles of cokering, getting a little bored of the canal tow path now.

If not glasses or jewelery, it could be something happening in your jaw,
back at the hinge which is near your ear. But I am not a doctor and
unfortunately don’t have any useful advice there.

…Other than this: Avoid having your right foot hit the ground. Other
than in the running part of your event, keep both feet on the pedals. No
more clicking! :slight_smile:
