John Bain and I are planning a Christmas Coker ride on Sunday the 13th in the AM. We are planning to wear at least Santa hats. Pix should be great for Christmas Cards! Probably do the Santa Ana River Trail/Huntington Beach ride. All are invited.
Why not go all out an do the awesome–and beechin’–48 mile rounder that takes us through Redondo, Hermosa, Playa & Marina Del Rey, the famous Venice beach boardwalk, Santa Monica, and finishing at Will Rogers State beach…and then back!
John needs to be back at work by 2pm. So something a little closer makes sense.
I’ll probably be there.
Yeah, Joe. Get out your Santa hat!
Still on? It will likely be raining a bit, but the weather is unpredictable as we all know. I rode today at Sullivan and it didn’t so much as sprinkle…then at the very moment I got back to my car after the ride, it started coming down in buckets!
Yeam we’re riding if it is raining too bad. Going to start 8:30 or 9. If no one else commits, we’ll probably ride from Laguna Niquel to Salt Creek Beach. Nice route.
If anyone is interested, we are meeting at Rock N Road bike shop, Laguna Niquel at 9am. It is at the corner of Pacific Park and La Paz. Santa hats are in.
Hmm, too early for me since O just got up at 8:15am, and I’m a good hour away. Oh well, I guess I’ll do MUni at Hummingbird. Have a fun ride guys!
