Its a Backyard Bicycles frame (the first one made) the guy who does them lives in colorado. If you want to know more he has an article in DIRT RAG magazine this month so go down to the book store and get yourself a DIRT RAG! ( if you have never heard of dirt rag, its a mountain bike magazine)
