Cheapest best Muni pedals?

My muni needs new pedals bad. What are the best pedals I could get for $20/$25? I’ve had Odysey triple traps for a year and a half now, and they’re losing it fast. Which ones would you reccomend in that price range?

thanks.

I’ve got some Axiom Step-Ups, though if you’re in the states these might be hard to come by, that work pretty good, until your crank falls off.

Availability of specific models may vary from country to country. Look for features and secification, rather than brands.

I favour pinned platforms rather than “bear traps”. Hollow pins grip better than solid ones. A good strong pedal spindle, and sealed bearings or grease ports are good.

I have used these for trials. I don’t know about muni though.

Geez how do they display the yellow ones, but they don’t have them. Ugh I got excited for a minute. Guess I won’t be buying them.

I know, I think the yellow would go awesome with the onza and a yellow KH seat.

I have the Wellgos and they seem to work pretty good, sometimes in the rough stuff I wish the pins gave me a bit more grip as my foot can come off if i’m not careful sometimes. They are also a little bit heavy. Has anyone tried the twisted PCs? They look pretty sick, light too.

i’m running moshbikes pedals right now on my trials, sure they’d work fine for muni.they retail for something like $18, pretty big and pinned.

I use Snafu for muni, they grip good and are big, but I like how the primos feel better. Jim Cielencki are nice too and cost around $27

Hey wow, I didnt know Jim C.'s were that cheap, cool, maybe I’ll look into those.

I dunno, Im trying to go through my LBS, bu I guess they can order stuff, so I’ll have to have a look.

Are snafus pretty good? I didnt think those were that cheap either, I guess I have to pay more attenion…

Like this?

I just took the pedals that came with it (the big spikey ones) apart and painted them with the closest yellow I could find.

When I went to the German Muni Weekend, everybody had yellow saddle bits, but I was the only one there with matching yellow pedals!
