Probably not. I haven’t tried that particular model but I think the general consensus is that Schwinns are not very good. You’d be better off getting a Torker LX which is cheaper although that probably won’t hold up to much Trials or Street either. IF you start doing things too intense you’ll need to get some sort of ISIS hub/cranks, my suggestion being a Nimbus II.
Modern Schwinn unicycles are built for nostalgia. For that price you can get a unicycle built for riding.
The trading post has a couple of good street unis for sale. This one is a pretty good deal if you live in North America.
