i’d work on the theory that if a URL was long enough to bork tinyurl then it would be incompatable with any modern web browser > hense, no it is not possible for any su to create such a URL or IRL

Yes, there is a length limit, and IE has the lowest limit of any web browser of 2083 characters. As to answer your question, you have to prove first whether God can do anything in the first place.
