I’m in Italy right now. Apparently the Surgeon General’s report (USA) never made it over here. Lots of smokers everywhere! Well, not everywhere. Not in restaurants, bars, or most indoor places. 
But the moment you step out of the airport in Rome, you find a bunch of them…

I know in MUni I always see videos off these guys rolling down volcanoes with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths
