In the interest of future searchers of ride info near Little Rock, AR…
I’ve ridden out in Camp Robinson twice now. They have loads and loads of fun, windy single-track. There are many challenging hills as well as flat, fast sections. There are many opportunities for navigating through rock gardens. It’s a great place.
The two times I’ve ridden there I rode completely seperate trail sections (about six miles each) and from the map, I see I have ridden barely half of the available trails.
Here’s a link to the CARP website . CARP stands for Central Arkansas Recreational Pedalers. They ride mainly Camp Robinson. You can find maps of the trails on that website and instructions on getting access.
Camp Robinson is a military base of some sort, so there are a few requirements you have to meet before you can ride there. One of which is you have to pay the annual CARP membership fee of $10. It’s well worth it, even if you just ride there once. Check out that website.
