I’ve been talking to few people and it seems riders either always damage their
calves or always damage their shins.
Any theories or comments?
I tend to always smash pedals into my calves (probably better than shins, muscle
gives a little padding:-)
My guess is it depends on whether you fall off backwards or forwards or maybe on
what direction you were travelling when you were forced to dismount
unexpectedly.
