Hey ya’ll,
I’ll be roaming around the west coast for the next couple of weeks and would love to hook up with some people and play some disc golf (and of course uni). I’m in Seattle now and will go to Vancouver tomorrow for 2 days, then come back to Seattle Monday night the 19th. Spend a couple more days here and then slowly make my way down the coast, eventually to LA, stopping at cities along the way. I’ll be in Portland from like sunday the 25th for a couple of days and then I haven’t planned the rest of my trip yet so don’t know where I’m going.
So if you live on the west coast somewhere and have some good disc golf courses and want to play, please let me know either here or you can even call me at 612-240-8786. Or if you don’t want to play but know of some good courses, recommendations would be great too. If anyone has an extra couch I can crash on that’d be even better, but if not I think I’ll be able to find someone else.
We have a disc golf course in Orangevale. I still haven’t ever played. I missed the opportunity at Unicon last summer, and haven’t been to any of the Santa Cruz area rides that included it (yet).
But we have some great trails here in the Sacramento area, and a place to stay if you’re interested. Email address below!
Ya, I"ve heard about that one from the Nathan Hoover and hope to play it with the Hoover’s when I pass through. Thanks for the info though. I’ll let you know when I’m in the area and if you want to meet up for a game that’d be cool.
OK, I will be in Portland sometime on Sunday the 25th and all day the 26th and will head spend the 27th in Newport. I’ll do a ride in falls city on the 28th and stay in Corvallis on the 28th and 1st. From there I’ll head down the coast to CA on the 2nd. Let me know if anyone wants to play a round of disc golf if I’m in or going thru your city.
