Don’t forget to buy your plane tickets to the California/Nevada Mountain
Unicycle Weekend. Dates are now nailed down as September 22-24! Closest
airport is Reno.

Saturday will be group rides and competitions at the Northstar ski resort and
mountain bike park. Bruce Bundy has offered to build a Trials course there, but
we don’t know for sure if we’ll be able to do that one yet. There will be a
full-fledged downhill mountain bike race there that day too, so lots of
spectators!
Sunday we ride the scenic Flume Trail along Tahoe’s Northeastern shore. An
alternate ride will be set up for people who aren’t up to 14.5 miles at high
altitude (there are no shortcuts on this ride).
Soon I will have information on the cabin(s) we will be renting in Incline
Village. Let me know if you would like to share the expense of staying in a
fully furnished cabin/house that sleeps 10 - 20 people. We need to know well in
advance how many houses to book…
