This should have been discussed in the convention closing meeting - which never happened (sorry). The Scarborough offer is definatley a rumour; we had a great time doing the convention but the smallness of our team was a big issue during the weekend (again thank you to all who helped in any way).
I will accept responsibility for sourcing the next hosts and will find out the procedure to hand over the reins - we put together a proposal and submitted it.
If anybody would like to offer to host BUC14 then please post here and I will contact you.
