It is true though, as soon as people see you riding, they all want to do it too.
I get random people asking for a go on the uni every time I go out.
And Munidobs, I wish my town was like yours. We have 25000 some odd people, and me, my dad and one of my friends can ride. One one hand, it gets lonely, but on the other, you get a lot of attention,
I’m actually considering that after I get good enough to free mount at will and turn smoothly, I’m gonna propose to my school principals that I ride it around during our halftime show at our highschool football games. That would be sweeeeeet.
Dang, most of you are pretty lucky to have all those riders nearby (or maybe I’m unlucky?).
There are only two people I know who ride around here (town of about 50,000, I think), and one is my friend and the other is my brother, both of which I had to convince to ride.
Unless there is some other rider in Sierra Vista that I’m missing? I think there’s a pastor here that unicycles, but I’ve never seen him.

Kyle X (no that’s not his real last name)
Josh ( he can do a 3x3x3 rubix cube in like 60 seconds while riding in a circle)
and some random guy named cory who lives down the street who i hardly know.
I brought up the unicycle thing to my mom today, and she said she wants me focused on driving right now, since I’m starting driver’s ed on the 10th. So I’ll have to wait a little while. ><

For learning to ride, and thereafter for learning and doing many
tricks and skills, 20" is the best size indeed. For covering distance,
however, it is way too small. For proper MUni (mountain unicycling) it
is also too small, and the typical 20" isn’t sturdy enough either.
You see, it depends. Unsurprisingly, many unicyclists have multiple
unis.
