my parents saw this guy while in boston just before my dad was getting ready to do the marathon. Does anyone know him or has seen him before?
I’m pretty sure its this guy. I saw him at the Halifax International Busker Festival two years ago. He was pretty good and amaxing with a yoyo. I gave him a quarter and he whipped it off some one’s ear with a yoyo.

His name is John Higby. I’ve seen him perform in Boston at Quincy Market. He’s also known there as the yo yo guy. He uses the Coker in his show. Riding a circle inside the crowd while yo yoing (is that a word).
