This is a thread to discuss all things about body modification. Anything is welcome pictures, comments and so on. This is a family forum though.
Personally I have my ears gauged two 2’s and two 0’s, but find many other things appealing. Tongue splitting is of my particular interests. Lip plugs are another thing I could see my self getting. I would not have it done now though for more invasive things I would like to wait. It is a consistent interest I might just get it, but interests change a lot in the teenage years at least I’m that smart.
Just discuss. Please no rude comments, shouldn’t be a problem here, thanks.
I have had an 8% amputation of the left middle finger that many find very appealing. Nothing like hacking bits of yourself off to look pretty. I was hot before the accident but now I’m SMOKIN’ hot.
The two statements, by the way, are only inconsistent if the professional is not a board certified member of the American Academy of Tongue Bifurcationists.
I know it’s to each his own and everything, but…I cannot look at those pictures of the bifurcated tongues without gagging a little. I can not imagine doing that, either by myself or with a professional.
The only kind of body modification I’d ever get is a tattoo, I think. And anything more than tattoos, ear piercings, or belly button piercings on girls just turns me off, sorry.
For a while I was idly thinking about getting my eyebrow pierced but decided against it.
I might get a tattoo some day but am fairly happy with my body the way it is.
While I would never do it I think the idea of tongue splitting is sort of interesting especially if you could learn to move the two sides independently.
I just like the look of it really, I have liked gauges ears as long as I can remember. Once again the tongue thing would be something neat and interesting so why not? I figure if it is something I decide I really do want why not get it?
Work accident. I got paid $1300 by the state for it as an 8% amputation of a digit apparently worth $16,250. I would pay twice that to have it back. Try fretting a guitar with that puppy or writing. I write left handed. I used to eat ambidextrously with chopsticks but left handed is a bit challenging now. I also learned that that is the last surface a basketball rolls off when making a shot. I only played left handed up close but it made a difference. Picking up things is tricky. I think it happened about 10 years ago and I’m still not used to it.
