i just found out that this Bobke book i have from 1995 is worth 200 to 500 bucks!i got it as a gift 9 years ago.i dont like selling through Amazon or Ebay.does anyone have some links to good cycling sites i could offer it for sale?
seems like alot of money to me but then,ive never really been a collector.i have no idea why this book it worth so much? its out of print and he now works for OLN but whatever.i aint arguing with this one.i had a 3 dollar price tag on this thing for more than a couple yard sales and bike swap meets in the past,to funny.
It’s surprising that book is worth that much. I would not have thought it to be that special or collectible.
Have you tried contacting one of the used book stores in Salem? I think there is some sort of a network where they can sell or post collectible books that are for sale. At least you’d be able to find out how much you’d be able to get for the book if they sold it for you.
yeah the place in Salem was going to sell it for $95.i dont have a credit card which is nesesarry for an e-bay account otherwise i would have it up for a $200 reserve at a 10 day minimum auction.
