I dont think you can do it with bitmaps, just gifs.

i dont know about photoshop, but The Gimp lets you use layers as frames for an animation. There are also a bunch of freeware gif animators on the web.

Yay! I know everything!!! Get UnFREEz, a free GIF animation ap. Just type that name into google and you’ll find hundreds of places to download it. It’s really simple to use, even the least techiest people can do it. Drag and drop, baby, drag and drop! Also, it’s not a trial, it’s freeware.

Or, if you give me the images (any file type, I can convert them), then I could make it for you. Just e-mail me the images at tylercox (at) techie (dot) com and tell me the order you want them to be animated in.

You can open an image in paint then choose to save it as a .gif

IrfanView and many other image viewers can show animated GIFs.
