D.E.C. = Daily Effective Circulation (in thousands)
How many people see it on a daily basis. Depending on the market, it can
be broken down more specifically. DEC18+ means how many adults see it. In
some, highly urban areas, it will be broken down into demographic as well,
though this is not nearly as common.

True, the dotcommers were / are spinning out of control. That’s what
happens in a gold rush. The outdoor advertising companies are simply
accomodating the demand with higher prices. Hope I didn’t misinterpret
you. I may be a little too fast with my trigger finger at you.

This I mean. They had been complete irresponsible in burning
shareholder money.

I compared it also with a gold rush. But some dot coms purchased for some
$ M equippment to dig for gold on an ice mountain swiming in the
Atalantic.
And when they did not find gold on the ice mountain, they collected money
from shareholders to put more equippment on the swiming ice mountain.

Shure I would be also happy, when my clients would be so greedy for my
service, that I can increase my seminar price from 4500.-EUR to
20.000.-EUR
LOL You are charging 4500 Euro for a seminar? Reminds me of commercial
that was playing here for a while. Some slacker guy was sitting in an
empty booth in the middle of a fast-food convention. Nobody paid any
attention to him. Finally, someone (was it Jack?) asked him his story. He
was a “taste consultant”. How much? Something ridiculous like $200,000 or
so. Any takers? Only need one.
Roland, maybe someday you’ll find a sucker to pay you 4500. Oh yeah,
and maybe we’ll start cloning criminals so we can sentence them to 1000
life terms.
Yes, I am just right now very cheap, but with more and more references, I
will be able to increase my prices very much.

Maybe in 2 or 3 years. It’s a lot of hard work to do, to be able to charge
this prices.
