just wonderin what kinda bikes everyones got.

I’ve got a giant Yukon '05. nothing specail I use it for riding around and XC

I’ve also got a giant stp2 '05 which I use for freeride, mtn biking, and dirt jumping. I have a 130mm marazochi fork on there
.

Ive also got a '06 giant bowery,with the flip flop hub, (one side is a fixed gear, and the other side is a free wheel.

I also got a crappy $150 dimondback which I just use to break.

what kinda bikes do ya all have

I have a Peugot 10 speed my boss gave me after it spent some time in her flooded basement. It recently spent some time in my flooded basement. Wonder if it still works.

I have a Santa Cruz Heckler set up for XC. I bought it used.
It doesn’t get much use from me, but is still fun.

I’ve recently changed everything over to a new frame, so I have a Stumpjumper FSR instead of a Trek hardtail now. It’s blummin’ great.

2003 Jamus Aurora
It’s a touring bike, it got me 5k with shitloads of weight in the panniers. However, the ritchey wheels it came with exploded halfway. Ritchey wheels suck.

I don’t know the details, but I know its a really old Schwinn that used to belong to my grand pappy…which makes it cool.

I have 3 bicycles. I have a 1985 Haro Master, neon green with white skywae tuff wheels. This is my old BMX freestyle bike. I also have an old Schwinn Stingray, not sure of the year, I got it as a frame and fork only back in 1979 and basically built it from there. And my everyday transportation bike is a Trek mountain bike, nothing fancy, I bought it new in 2003 for a little over $200. I’d like to have one of those antique bikes like Pee-wee Herman had in Pee Wee’s Big Adventure. I really like white wall tires, both my unis have them. There classy looking.

I wish I had a cool bike, but those things are expensive…

If I wasn’t so much into unicycling (or if I wasn’t broke) I would SO want to get into DH/freeride mountain biking and bike trials. But…

I got my Stumpjumper from a friend for $300!
Specialized and Giant make the most economical “good” mtb’s for the $!
