I saw this on my way to a friends house today and had to take a picture of it.
John Foss’ license plate is pretty rad, which says “UNICYCL”, but his super-american unicycle-sticker emblazened van is as well. BUt I think his falls a little short from Pikachu…
I know I’ve seen a few people with other unicycling license plates, like Unidad and such, any other cool ones you know of(that aren’t too hard to understand driving by)? Unicycle related or not.
Really! I was going to reply with the same thing. I saw mine in Michigan, way back in the 80s when VW Rabbits were more common. Also, Michigan only had 6 characters available at the time so it was even cooler.
When I lived in New York my plate was UN1CYCLE. UNICYCLE belonged to Ken Britton, and I think it has since been picked up by David Stone? NY is the only state I know of that allows the necessary 8 characters.
Mine says SKI RUN, and my mom’s says RUN SKI. My father started getting vanity plates with these two phrases over 20 years ago when he always ran and skiied. It’s also kind of cool because our last name is Burzynski (which incorporates the same letters).
The link worked when I went back. Must have been a temporary problem on their end. So how many cars do you have at the moment, registered with current plates on them, and do they work?
Very cool that Ontario also allows enough letters to spell UNICYCLE!
At DMV things can take forever. It took me two years to get it. And just 2 days for things finaly were about to work out, catboy started this thread. So I was pretty nervous…
But now I have:
