I was looking on bedford and i was going to buy a 19" bedford wheelset, i was wondering does this consist of tire, rime, spokes, hub, axle bearing, spacers, arms, and pedals?

I would guess its all those parts without pedals…alex rim, luna and a cotterless hub/cranks but I don’t really know.
