Then the price of the hazard has gone up since last time I looked. I thought they were less than 50.
Still though, if it is not for a disc bc what is the point of having one of those 20mm hubs? It is just more complicated to attach plates to it and the added strength is not needed since nobody can come close to bending 14mm axles.
The hazard hubs that danscomp has now are 50 but it looks like something has changed or they just don’t offer as much now because this is the picture they have on there…
There wouldnt really be an addvantage to a 20mill on a bc if it wasnt disc. Point is though that you can get a 20mm hub for around the same price as a hazard.

The axle it self is lighter. I dont know about the casing. I cant find weights for any dh hub anywhere.
No current plate will attatch to a dh axle. You would have to design and make your own plates.
I ran into this problem, How do you attatch a plate to a tube?
