Ok more daily acrobatics 
learnt a no handed head spring today so ive put that in aswell. Also after that is Round off backwhip then lots of backflips on spot.

I have never seen a person in my life who is as good at acrobatics as you are. 
Whatever I try to do that has something to do with acrobatics looks really bad. How did you get started?
I would probobly say to start off with acrobatics learn things like, handsprings, headsprings, necksprings and summersaults.

my acrobatics is standard stuff in the big world of acrobatics but i will get better
