Austrian Muni Championships 2008

The first Austrian Muni-Championship will be held from 11th july to 13th july
If you like to ride muni, you are invited to do so in Austria.

  • You can take part in an organized Muni-ride on friday
  • A 20k Cross-Country-Race (which is part of a big Mountainbike race) will be held on saturday.
  • On sunday will be a Muni-Downhill-Race with about 800 Meter difference in elevation.
  • For everything else which makes an enjoyable and good unicycle weekend, there will be plenty of time

Our Base will be in Gosau, a small village in the Alps surrounded by some great mountains.
Accommodation is in a school in the valley (bring your sleeping-bag + camping-mat)

It can’t be that hard to find some kind of rope or elastic to attach you to the unicycle…

Where I ride, we don’t even get the poles. What an awesome looking trail that is! Wish I could be there, but I’ll be in Denmark for Unicon.

Unicon isn’t till July 26th, so you could go to the Austrian Muni-Championship and still have 2 weeks to get to Denmark.

Hey John…
Great picture! But you won´t find anything close to that trial in Denmark.
If you want to do some serious Muni-riding that would be a great chance. :smiley:

As Jim said already there is still time to see some more of Europe and go to Unicon. :roll_eyes:
