I came across a unicycle FAQ from 1996, and it lists a juggling store in New York City. Here are the particulars:

Brian Dube’s shop is alive and well. The website is http://www.dube.com. The shop is only open Mon - Fri 10 AM - 6 PM, no weekend hours. There is always debate about which company makes the best juggling equipment, but Dube is unquestionably among the top manufacturers of juggling props. Most of my juggling equipment is Dube and I peronsally have only good things to say about them. I recently needed a new lining for a derby I bought from them. They got some from the manufacturer and passed them on to me for exactly what the manufacturer charged them: nothing.
