As Seen on TV

This has to be the very FIRST “as seen on TV” commercial I remember: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abLB7aTmnE4

And then there was Ron Popeil (Ronco) who sold millions of “pocket fisherman”, and of course: http://www.smithsonianlegacies.si.edu/objectdescription.cfm?ID=224

I am a proud owner of a Clapper (as seen on TV)

Started out as a joke when I would try to “clap off” our bed room lights.

Then to suprise the GF I installed an actual clapper on the light and then clapped it off that night.

She laughed for hours when that room went dark.

He was going to overuse the word “digital” but “extreme” seemed a better fit. Notice Terry gets tons of press, and lives in LA, which is not like the real world. His “hobby” business card is actually much more likely to turn into real business for him that it is for us in the rest of the world (except maybe NY or London).

That PowerThirst YouTube ad was the funniest thing I’ve seen online in a while. Thanks for linking it! It takes a lot to make me laugh out loud when there’s nobody around.

Oh, REALLY? You’re just jealous. Is he “heavily” Photoshopped or just Photoshopped? What’ the difference? I’d say he was "extreme"ly Photoshopped. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes i know both you and I can tell, but many cannot. Let us just settle on ‘photoshoped to a great extent’. Good job though.

Hah!

That reminded me of this quasi-commercial… also profane.
