Friend of mine got the 661’s today- and they will not reach all the way around his calf, there is just way too much muscle. Anybody know of any non-custom full knea-leg armour for some one of this physiogomy?

My assumption is that he got the large size. I originally bought the medium and found that the the straps wouldn’t get around my calf. The large size fits fine. Can’t help you otherwise.
Should we let Unicycle.com know that calf measurements of a certain size won’t fit the large size, or medium? They can possibly add it to their website.

I think this is the biggest problem with 661s. Not sure how Roach armor is
but they are not big enough to go around the leg. I have large Leg armour
and it just barely attaches around the calf. You can buy double sided
velcro that works well to “extend” the reach of these though.
Unfortuneately, the strap is still quite tight afterwards but it is
perfectly comfortable.
