On the one hand China needs lots of oil and so the fewer Americans consuming oil, the more left for China.
On the other, China holds a tremendous amount of American debt so needs American tax payers to fund the payments on that debt.
It’s really a toss up, Billy. What do you think?
isn’t american debt backed by real estate? if we can’t pay the national deficit, won’t china just forclose on the usa and take the land?

But let’s not forget that China needs American consumers buying the stuff made in their country.

the way Bush has funneled more and more of the wealth into the hands of a very few americans, made the poor poorer, created amazingly high levels of unemployment and national debt, reduced the value of the dollar, other nations will replace america as #1 consumer, as america has little money or credit to consume with. it may have already occurred.
So, clearly you’re leaning towards the theory that the Chinese government is deliberately trying to decrease the number of Americans consuming oil and are inclined to believe that they are, in fact, behind the stabbings. I’m just trying to stay on topic, of course.
when law enforcement first got word of the suicide stabbers, they had no theories. same with me.

I respect your theory, many people don’t believe my view on the 9/11 situation.
I guess we won’t know unless the government were to say they did it. Otherwise, saying they didn’t do it won’t work for anyone becasue they could just be lying.

Greg is attending meetings and well into recovery from his gambling problem, at least as far as that issue has been visited here in the past.
