I was wondering if anyone else pays attention to hockey. Anyone who has favorite teams, predictions for playoffs or whatever can post here. My favorite team is Tampa Bay Lightning (Go Stamkos) but I also like Vancouver.

But really, I’m just a fan of habby, in case my username doesn’t tell you that.
I was watching the Sharks - Ducks series… seeing my home team suck donkey balls wasn’t very fun, but the Ducks really put on a good performance. Perhaps I’ll watch them for however long they last in the playoffs.
I think it’s kind of funny having two hockey teams battle it out, both of which are in areas where you could never play hockey outdoors…

That was a close game. They got that goal at the real end, and we couldn’t get one back to tie it again 
And then they got the empty netter…
Ya, the first 2 periods were all Vancouver but in the 3rd they got owned. And Eager pulled a cheapshot on Rypien (dunno if that’s spelled right). Sedins worked there magic and Wellwood was pretty sweet too.

Go Penguins! I’ve only watched them play once…I don’t watch NHL.
I am a big Tim Thomas fan as well. i am a goalie and i love that he never quits on the play.
That being said, I haven’t been watching many playoff games as my Oilers are golfing.
I am kind of enjoying the Blue Jay’s winning record this year though. I tend to flip back and forth between whatever playoff game is on and the Jays game until I realize that I would rather be out on my uni. Then i go out and ride. 
In a thin, wavering, timorous little voice, I will own up to being a leafs fan. Their golf game is superb.
When the leafs are out of the playoffs (or not in the playoffs, as the case may be), I support any team that’s Canadian. I hope Mats makes it through to the cup with Vancouver. Roberto is my favourite goalie. I once saw him play in Montreal back when he was with Florida, and it was the most magnificent display of athleticism and acrobatics I have ever seen from a goalie. Florida lost 1 - 0 in OT, but Roberto was still named as the 1st star of the game.

Poor poor leafs fan! 
I know that most people around here cheer for the Canadian team that is left but i just can’t bring myself to do that. Growing up, my sister used to work at the coliseum and sneek me in to watch Oilers practices. I just can’t help it, Vancouver and Calgary are the enemy! 
Vancouver is more like the Swedish national team anyway1:p
You can than Chicago for knocking the Flames out.
And against Vancouver, Chicago came back again, but this time won!
The series is tied up 1-1.
