I just did a demo of something like that for the toy fair this year. You could find it at JustGo.com Its called the uniquo. Its pretty uncomfortable, but if you want it, go for it. Check Tommi Miller, he could probably build one for ya too.

as for the particular one it looks alot like a custom job, although i dont know about that it just kinda seem like it to me, but then again i am almost always wrong.
