Yeh, I know, this is as off topic as it gets, but does anyone know PHP?
I keep getting this same error:

I won’t admit to ever having used PHP, but I will say that you shouldn’t be posting the full text of error messages in publically-viewable locations. You’re giving potential hackers clues as to how to gain access to your system.
Get back to me next summer, I’m just starting a class that’ll teach me some php.

Your webhost has the php settings set up incorrectly. Contact them to include the current working directory to be allowed to have includes. This is the open_basedir setting in their php.ini file.
