I recently got back into unicycling and muni. I also just landed a job in Rockville, so I’m just curious if any of you are in the DC area or know of any riders in the area. I should be moving by the end of the month.
Congratulations on your new job in Rockville and welcome to the area. There are a lot of great trails not too far from there. I live in Germantown and haskinsc lives in Gaithersburg. We ride regularly on the local trails. Let us know when you would like to ride.
Fantastic. Do you ride all year long and if not what time of year do you typically stop? On an unrelated note, do you think it’ll be easy to find a place to live in the area within 2 weeks?
We ride all year. Snow rides are especially fun.
What kind of place are you looking for?
Nice. I haven’t ridden in the snow in years. I’m just looking for something small and easy like a studio apartment, close enough that I don’t have a long commute. It’s just me, which makes things easier.
I don’t know much about the apartment market in Rockville but I would think there would be lots to choose from.
