Hey I’m in San Jose and I was wondering if there was anyone in the area on the forums. I don’t have anyone to ride around with and I wanted to see if we could start a club or something. Message me or reply here if you’re interested!

There a tons of people around that area that will reply to this thread soon I think. In fact NAUCC 2010 is being held around there.
I’m in San Jose. I would love to find others to ride with. I’m not too sure about riding with the aggressive riders around here. They go FAST and I’m happy trotting along at 7-10 mph. I like both on and off road riding. I did a 20+ mile ride this morning with my son-in-law. I’m going to take my new 26" to a hilly road for a test as soon as I get off the computer.
I’m from Pleasanton. I’m not very good, but I live pretty close to San Jose.
I’m not very good yet either, I taught myself a couple years ago and I just picked it up again recently. I think it would be really cool to do a ride together sometime, we should plan something.
And yes, NAUCC is in Berkeley this year, thank you! I currently plan on going if my work schedule allows XD.
