( www.myspace.com/refuze ) yea like i said im in a crew called swoon unit crew you can check out the link above… i teach here in winston… i can do 3,4,6,7 and 10 step and any other i missed. windmills, flares, 1990’s, 2000’s, inverts, lotus inverts, crazy contortion style stuff( im also into contortion) halowbacks, one handed lotus pose, transfers, splits, flips, hand hops, a few one handed hand hops, and of course i can top rock!!! haha i can do lots of other hings that you cant really explain on a forum… what about you?
frontflips, backflips but i dont ever do backflips normally cuz they arent as impressive. i can do windmills but not flares really. im working on hallowbacks, because i can walk on my hands, but they are way hard cuz of my height. toprocks of course, thats pretty basic. im learning new suicides and freezes too. youre probably a lot better than i am though.

you should deff. learn foundation befor power… sure power is cool to look at, but if want to compete then power will do you no good, unless you have foundation as well.
How does one learn bboying or brakedancing?
well there are videos that can start you in the righ tdirection… also some dance studios may have a “break dance” class. i know when i lived in charlotte i taught at one, and im about to start teaching here in winston too you can also use the internet, it has tons of info! i think its. www.bboyworld.com check it out. good luck.
