Another story problem

Let’s say I have:

37 wheels 33 seats 75 pedals 11 fancy valve caps 2 pairs handlebar grips 3
chains 1 B.C. wheel (counted in wheels above)

Q: How many standard, B.C., ultimate, giraffe, handlebar, and artistic bikes
do I have?

HINT: You’re thinking too hard. Keep trying…

He must have been thinking about it for a real long time. I don’t think I ever
gave out the answer on this one, so here goes:

I have about 22 standard, no ultimate (no wonder I suck at it every year in
the race), 3 giraffes, 1 handlebar, 1 artistic bike, 2 big wheels (one is
Brett Bymaster’s in storage at my house), 1 B.C. wheel. I also have several
wheels (standard and giraffe), a few unicycle frames, about a dozen loose
cranks, a box full of pedals, a drawer of valve caps, lots of junky seats,
another box of Miyata and Schwinn/Semcycle seat parts, a big rack of tires,
and misc. other “spares”.

I also have two regular bicycles. But one of those is also Brett’s. He probably
doesn’t want it back because he rode it to death, but I just wanted you to know
I only own one “regular” bike…

Re: Another story problem

Well considering that both handlebar grips could be used on one handle bar to
make it “extra grippy” or for that matter two handle bars on one uni to provide
control for the person on the riders shoulders, I need more specification. “John
