Hi all,
I really need some help on making an avatar:
I want 2 pictures to cycle every couple of seconds (rather than splitting that already tiny avatar space)
can anybody help me make one (make one for me or tell me how)

there are tons of programs out there to make animated gifs, do a quick google search and you can find them.
I personally perfer to use Adobe Image Ready to make mine. There are a ton of different things you can do just be creative and try to avoid quick flashing avitars as they bug alot of people.

gifworks.com makes stupid little cartoon ones, Im not sure how to make them with pictures.

I use image ready. And like it gobs.
Just because they “distract” you doesn’t make them evil. 
Like drivers who leave their main beam or front foglights on… Distracting = Root of all Evil.
image ready is a little tough to figure out, i would use flash, thats quick to learn for animation
I use the GIMP, it’s an easy and free and very useful program.
