Alone in Switzerland ?

Is there some riders from Swiss ?
Sometimes I have the impression that I am alone in this little country !

Re: Alone in Switzerland ?

Hi Cédric,

there is plenty of unicycling activity in Switzerland.

The upcoming swiss unicycling events can be found at
http://www.einradsport.ch/index.php?site=events
The next event to go to is the unicycling race in Schaffhausen.

You just missed out on the Euro Uni Event in Liestal that offered
a freestyle workshop, a uni hockey tournament and races
(100m, 800m, obstacle and slow forward)

This events page is part of the quite lame swiss unicycling
page at http://www.einradsport.ch/

There are several unicycling clubs in Switzerland
ATB Liestal http://www.einrad.4xt.de/
ATB Schaffhausen http://www.hallenradsport.sh/
RV Recherswil http://www.rv-recherswil.ch/home.html
ATB Landschlacht, Gretzenbach, Luzern and I don’t know the
ones in the french or italian speaking part of Switzerland

There is also a online unicycling shop in Switzerland (unfortunately
you can browse it only with the Explorer properly):
http://www.mysunrise.ch/users/einrad/Shop/index.htm

Most of the time, I unicycle with my 7 year boy. Lately, I work
on onefoot and on WW. My boy is into idling and an jump mounting.

Re: Alone in Switzerland ?

Hi Cédric,

I googled around a bit and found the following:

and there is most likely something in Lausanne (EPFL).
Good luck with your enquiries.

Pas seul du tout

Hello Cedric,
There is active people in Geneva, and few riders in Lausanne, at the EPFL. If you are interested, I may forward you their emails.
There is also a website for all the Uni events in France (and French speaking close neighbors), with a contact list with some swiss guys. It is at: http://monomanie.jongle.org
You will discover that there will be soon an event in the Vosges, close to Switzerland, a uphill race, and you can win a giraffe !!!

Check it at: http://monomanie.jongle.org
